- Standard registration : from 1st June 2026 and onsite
Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to benefit from the best rates and preferably no later than 1st October.

(1) The ICID Member Countries fees are available to individuals from ICID member countries (see the list of the 41 member countries - National Committees). For more information, please visit: National Committees/ Committee | International Commission on Irrigation & Drainage (ICID)
(2) To be eligible for the young professional fee, applicants will have to upload their details during the online registration process. Please note that only those who are under 35 years of age on the date of registration are eligible for this fee.
(3) To be eligible for the retired professional fee, applicants will have to upload their details during the online registration process. The prescribed age limit is 65 years on the date of registration.
(4) The local participants' fees are reserved for those living in France.
(5) To be eligible for the student fee, applicants must be under the age of 30 on the date of registration and will have to upload their details (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of student status ID) during the online registration process.
(6) The congress day fee is applicable for those who will attend the Congress only one day on 12th, 13th or 14th October.
(7) The registration of an accompanying person must be linked to a Congress registration. The minimum required age is 18 years.
What is included in the registration ?

The congress day registration passes include the above on the nominated day only : Monday 12th October, Tuesday 13th October or Wednesday 14th October 2026
ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION
The registration of an accompanying person must be linked to a FULL REGISTRATION or a CONGRESS REGISTRATION.
The accompanying person registration pass includes :
- Access to the congress opening ceremony (12th October) and closing ceremony
- Side events, Symposium and special COSTEA sessions on 12th – 13th and 14th October
- Access to the Exhibition
- Lunches and coffee breaks on 12th – 13th and 14th October
- 2-hour walking tour, Old Town of Marseille (Le Panier) – Tuesday, 13th October 2026, morning – Tour conducted in English
