- K.I.T. Group France has been appointed as the official housing agent for the ICID Congress which will be held in Marseille from 12 to 17 October 2026.
- We have secured a number of hotel rooms at various hotels with negotiated rates.
- To book your accommodation, please select your preferred dates and sort the list by category.
- Rooms in different hotels shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so remember to secure your room on time.

- Rates include breakfast, local city taxes and VAT.
- Hotels have been classified according to eco-responsible criteria
Deposit, cancellation and changes
All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to K.I.T. Group France accommodation-icid26@kit-group.org

- Free cancellation before August 21st, 2026
- For cancellations received between August 22nd, 2026 and September 11th, 2026 : 50% refund
- For cancellations received after September 12th, 2026, no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your stay.
No exceptions will be made. For a reduced length of stay or in the case of "no-show", no refunds will be made. The entire number of nights booked via the hotel booking portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged.
