K.I.T. Group France has been appointed as the official accommodation agency for the ICID Congress, taking place in Marseille from 12 to 17 October 2026.

Changes and Cancellations

All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to K.I.T. Group France at accommodation-icid26@kit-group.org.

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.

Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation before 21 August 2026.
  • For cancellations received between 22 August 2026 and 11 September 2026: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • For cancellations received after 12 September 2026, no refund will be issued. The full amount of the stay will be charged.

No exceptions will be made. In the event of a reduction in the length of stay or a no-show, no refund will be possible.

The total number of nights booked through the reservation portal and confirmed by K.I.T. Group France will be charged in full.
